I'm a newbie to enema. I've been using the disposable colon tubes from sawilsons.com. I'm very happy with them, except for the price - $3 each, not so disposable.
I tried to find some cheaper alternative and got a $10 Faultless kit from the drug store. It comes with 2 nozzles: one egg-white beater looking nozzle and the other one is shorter and pencil looking. I assume the egg-white beater is the enema nozzle. Boyd, that thing is HARD! It doesn't flex at all. I went back online and found some flex nozzles at enemabag.com, BUT for more than $8 each!
Now, I'm back to the colon tube. I found these PVC colon tube for $10 for 10 ($1 each) at
http://www.healthandyoga.com/HTML/product/enema_supplies.html
They're 20" long, so I'll also need to get the Douche Tube ($8) and their Enema Can ($20) to complete the system. The $8+$20 is a one time cost.
That seems like the way to go, except the colon tubes are PVC. It's probably okay as long as I don't do high enemas with it.
Just wonder what do you guys use? Any suggestion would be greatly appreciated!
