The Batrafen doesn't really have a noticeable taste so I would think you could apply it all day yes. The Dovonex is very similar to E45 cream in this regard. Still quietly confident. Applied both before bed last night and the lips were still soft in the morning although there was a slight build-up of white slime along the line of the lips where they meet when closed. (Not alot though).

Got it from that site and it arrived in 7 days. Not bad coming from New Zealand! Like #92305 stated in his original post about this, the combination of anti-fungal / bacteria / inflammation of the Batrafen and the slowing of the cell effect which the Dovonex has seems to be an ideal combination on paper.

But like they always say, Exfoliative Cheilitis is easy to treat on paper, it's on the lips where it's a problem.
