I wouldn't worry so much about the ph of lauric acid, unless that is what you pull with.
I would test the ph of the coconut oil that I was using. If the ph is 5 and below, I'd say that in would be probable that some people would get dental caries/ de-mineralization and loss of tooth enamel.
If you hava a ph meter, I would appreciate you telling us the ph of the coconut oil that you use.
I would avoid using litmus paper since it can be very innacurate and the results are too subjective.
