The National Association of Realtors said Monday that sales of existing homes grew 5.1 percent to an annual rate of 4.72 million in February, from 4.49 million units in January. It was the largest sales jump since July 2003.

It would appear that this is good news for all Americans and for Obama as well.

  It should come as no surprise to free market economists. Prices have been dropping for years and our population has not been dropping.
