We have a friend whose dentist was incredulous at the improvement in her gum health after "swishing" with Miracle-Mineral-Supplement , and brushing her teeth with it. As for the caustic burning, you probably have too high a concentration. I know that Jim Humble recommends 1:5 with your activator and a little bit of fruit juice or water, but if you're using citric acid as your activator, this can result in a very harsh mixture. I now mix mine 1:2 with citric acid and add at least 250 mls of water. I haven't got around to diluting my 28% solution down to a 5% solution as he recommends yet...Check out Tom's "recipe" for a mouthwash - it uses unactivated Miracle-Mineral-Supplement , and may be all you need. Certainly a lot more pleasant than the mixture you're using now :)
