Ok guys it is Saturday night here and in America it should be around 9 am in some parts, Hawaii, not sure and in England it is around 3:30 pm. so what are we serving, what ever you want. Fatfluffcat is having bruchetta, I say we go to her house. And she is having beer. Does that mean beer and eggnog? lol.
Now Ren is going to be bush cleaning during our party but I am sure she will be mixing eggnog as she wanted the party this weekend, right Ren.
Others will chime in as what they are doing and eating.
I will be drinking a small glass only of the brew. Now you need to make it ahead of time so it has time to chill. Nothing worse than hot eggnog.
After tonight I will not be having dairy or eggs again. I am giving them up for my raw lifestyle.
So lets all have fun and be merry. Ooops, let me go get the milk out of the freezer.

Here is a delicious raw egg nog recipe:
4 raw free-range organic eggs
2 cups raw pasture-fed milk
1 cup raw pasture-fed cream
1/8 - 1/3 cup natural sweetener (such as: unheated honey, or rapadura)
1 teaspoon fresh ground nutmeg
1) Separate eggs yolk and whites.
2) Blend egg yolks with sweetener and a touch of cream.
3) Separately blend egg whites until soft peaks are formed (whisk may be required). Egg whites are optional. You can also make creamy egg nog by blending the whites with a small amount of cream, this makes it less fluffy and adds a creamy texture to it.
4) Combine everything together.
Don't forget to sprinkle some nutmeg on top of each glass for added zing.
Edit: just made my eggnog and put it in the freezer for a fast chill.
