I have never heard of oleander being injected directly into a tumor site, although the patented medicine version is injectible. No other version should be injected under any circumstances. He can hold the liquid version of the OPC extract or the home remedy version if he make it himself in the mouth under the tongue and then gargle with it for a bit before swallowing (but it tastes nasty that way). He can do the same with colloidal silver (I highly suggest Utopia Silver's version).
He could also try making a skin creme of condensed oleander extract, colloidal silver, and dmso or msm (and perhaps every second or third application also add iodine) and apply it to the skin near the site of the lymph gland, being careful to wear gloves and not touch anything because the DMSO will carry anything on the fingers, gloves or surface of the skin into the skin with the desired items.
I have never heard of Poly MVA being injected.
I would suggest that before he spends his money on the very expensive Poly MVA or even more expensive Mexican clinic route he try the suggested anti-cancer protocol I recommend and use max doses of oleander (with Sutherlandia OPC that would be working his way up to 15 ml three times a day or taking 3 capsules twice a day). I like Poly MVA but I think the suggested protocol will work even better and I am not aware of a single Mexican clinic which has as good of results (and many are either outright ripoffs of huge disappointments in the quality of care, food and supplements).

That is certainly a good list. I would say that he might want to look at some of the other potent cancer fighters on my suggested protocol that he is leaving out, such as black seed oil (Nigella sativa), curcumin (be sure to pick a highly bioavailable form), Iodine with selenium, Jon Barron's blood support tonic, etc. And be sure and follow the advice on diet and lifestyle as well as insure he gets adequate amounts of all the essential vitamins, minerals and trace minerals from diet and whole food derived supplements (to the greatest extent possible).
It is especially important to take measures to cleanse, protect and regenerate the liver as well as keep the bile ducts open and flowing.
Plenty of raw or lightly steamed cruciferous veggies like brocolli, cabbage, cauliflower and Brussels sprouts is also a very good idea.
