I find it so interesting as I seek to make this forum a unique place to rest and relax all the different people that come and visit me. I am not a huge forum like Trap's or Iodine but I am small and discreet. I talk about many subjects and many cures and I have always left it up to the individual to seek his perfect cure. I try not to force anyone to do what I do and never ever judge you for who you are.
We have many that come here and go quickly because they don't like the way we are. We are not a debate forum, we are a happy forum. So sometimes I think I am strange but that is ok, cause really I am not like most. I giggle, and laugh and really not too serious except on days of sadness, tear, tear.
I look at all the other moderators and they are very serious and conbatant at times and I just can't be like that. Well maybe I am a bit heavy handed at times, lol. Last night I was thinking I should be different and learn from others but I choose not to be that way. If I have to change to please everyone, would I not be a hypocrite? I just have to be silly me. I am old, 55 years old and I have suffered a whole lot in my life but what I have learned is that no matter how people pressure you, you should be who you are.
Like MH said, if you want to be my friend, step up to the plate. lol, he is so cute huh. I am not asking anyone to step up to the plate just to accept me the way I am.
So if you have to accept me the way I am then I have to accept you the way you are. Ahhhhha, this is the real point of this thread. I cannot judge you for who you are and I cannot force you to be healthy. I want you all to be healthy and do what makes you live a long life but that is up to each one of you. So what makes a healthy diet. Many are touting on the diet forum what a healthy diet consist of. Now there are raw diets, vegetarian diets, vegan diets, meat diets such as adkins, flat belly diets, etc. What you have to do is look what is right for you. Here are the basics.
1. No sugar
2. limit salt intake and switch to sea salt
3. No red meat except for once a week and not more than the size of your fist.
4. No whites, to include rice, potatoes (well occasionally) and no white flours.
5. No fish ( yes, I said no fish)
6. Nothing in a package and can
Hey did you guys see the thread on MH, where a woman died from drinking out of a can that had rat urine on the top of the can. Yuk. NO cans.
No sodas, no beer, no liquor, no smoking, and tons of exercise. Sorry I fail on that part.
If you simply do these things you will be healthy.
Now what if you told me Sara I can't do this but I am doing such and such, what do I say.
"I love you for who you are." but I will keep hinting for a better you. Trust your inner child that it knows of better days. What if you did the diet above but you were eating pork and lard, "Good bye, I would say"
Pork a big no, no. Why not live a long life opposed to a short life miserable.
Oh well, off my soap box. Think long and hard about tomorrow because today is almost gone.
