I only have anecdotal information that people who have taken oleander for other conditions, such as cancer, HIV and hepatitis-C who also have had MS have experienced improvement. Oleander appears to be good in general for immune disorders and, even though it is a tremendous immune stimulator, it does not appear to cause problems in those with immune disorders where the immune system turns on the body itself.
For multiple sclerosis, a mostly raw mostly vegetable paleolithic type diet is recommended as is making sure that all of the essential vitamins, minerals (including the vital trace minerals) and other nutrients are provided in adequate amounts. Iodine has been identified as a common deficiency that may improve MS, as has Omega 3's. Other common deficiencies in those who suffer from MS include vitamin B12 and vitamin D3.
Digestive enzymes, especially those containing chymotrypsin, may be very beneficial due to their ability to break down and digest scars as well as prevent future scarring. I personally would add blackseed oil (Nigella sativa) and curcumin for their immune modulatory and many other health benefits and colloidal silver due to it's antiviral and tissue regeneration properties. Pyconogenol, grapeseed extract, grapefruit see extract and quercitin may also be beneficial.
