I wonder if someone out there can relate to this and help with some guidance. I am 25 year old Male. I have sufferred from Sinus problems as long as I can remember. About 14 years ago my parents took me to an allergist. he told me it was allergies and began immunotherapy (allergy Shots).

I have been on them for 14 years and right now i'm tired of it. I notice no difference at all. I still get them about 1 time per month but no change.

Now he has me on allegra D. Over the past 4 months I have been almost forced to take it one time a day. I also take Flonase a cortocostoroid (sp).

SO I take all this stuff and I feel no better. I have constand headaches and pain. I ALWAYS have at least one nasal passage blocked. The weird thing about it is it seems that the blockage moves. at night i go to sleep and the left side is done. I wake up and the right side. and back and forth. When I cry they fill instantly and get very painful. I have had numerous sinus infections and have been on courses of Antibiotics regularly. tired of that too. I one time had it so bad I was on them for 60 days worth. I personally think that is what ruined me. that was almost 5 years ago.

Things are not getting better and I really wish to try new things.

I have used a grossan irrigator for 2 years. i wear breath right strips to help breathing. I have used steam and tea tree oil as well.

nothing does much. My diet has gotten worse since I have started a new job. I eat out every day. I know this MUSt stop and it will. I plan to stop that NOW.

I really hope someone out there can help with some suggestions of what else I might try. I am going to read down thru some other posts and see what might have been recommended to others.
