I have suffered from sinus problems for years now. I've had 2 major surgeries to correct this problem and nothing has helped. I was recently told by my doctor that I have post-nasal drip problems specifically. He also told me that during these episodes, i'm showing little to no activity on my brain scans. So I told him i was having serious problems concentrating, thinking and other related problems when my sinuses are draining. He told me to see a neurologist about this. I was hoping someone out there knows something about this or has experienced this and can talk to me.
Nasal discharge, post nasal dropping of mucus and nasal blocking are all symptoms of Sinusitis. The probable causative factor is Nasal allergy wherein there is an excessive production of nasal discharge which tends to fall back into the throat and sometimes tends to get collected in the empty sinuses leading to inflammation of the area so called as Sinusitis. Homeopathic Medicine has good remedies like Sticta, Thuja, Kali bich, Pulsatilla, Silicea etc. which can reduce the allergies and thereby the excessive discharge, post nasal drip and make you feel free of problems due to the same. Your concentration would improve too.

Hello,
I've done a little research on the Homeopathic Medicine specifically Sticta, Thuja, Kali bich, Pulsatilla, Silicea. It seems to me that they all of do same thing. In your opinion, which one would you recommend to be best as far as post nasal drip? Thank you.
PULSATILLA 200C three doses a day for a week along with STICTA mother tincture, twenty drops, morning and bedtime for a week should give you relief initially and if required more symptoms at the end of using these medicines, a follow up can be prescribed.
You can procure these medicines at any Homeoapthic Pharmacies, they are available online too.
I am sure Homeopathic Medicine would be of help to you.
I just got PULSATILLA 200C (one dose is 4 tiny little pills right?) and STICTA but on the bottle it says Sticta pulmonaria...is it the same or should i return it. I got them from www.homeopathyworks.com
Also, should i add the twenty drops in water if so how much water? Thank you again for your help.
Yes, you are right, one dose is four pills.
Sticta pulmonaria is the complete name of the medicine and it is right.
The dosage is about twenty drops of medicine in a cup of water, morning and bedtime. (Water about 30 ml.)

(Please bare with me, I am an engineer, not any kind of health professional, and I don't spell well. I do, however, have several microscopes and I have a lot of first hand knowledge of this topic.)
Bacteria make amyloid proteins to link themselves together into multispecies communities called biofilms.
Check out the National Science Foundation's Center for Biofilm engineering for a good explination of biofilms.
T
Those proteins the bacteraia use to link themselves together are the same ones that cause Alzheimer’s.
Take a look at these movies of the spread of Alzheimer’s
and map the locus of the spread against the sinuses.
This mucus is not that produced by goblet cell. When I checked the protein in the mucus, I found chitien, fibernectin (blood plasma) and with congo red staining patches.
In 2002 Scott J. Hultgren of the George Washington University Medical School in St Louis reported in Science that e-coli produces soluible amyloid oglimeres. The red staining protein that red-staining colonies of e-coli make is amyloid protein. Actually I think there is good evidence they take your blood plasma ozzing from a wound and catalize it to fold the wrong way into gluey goo to keep the wound from sealing.
