Wow - here I am at day 20 already ... it's been quite a journey! Relatively uneventful for the past few days, although I did get very tired last night earlier than usual, so I know something was going on internally.
Tomorrow evening I will sip on some homemade orange juice and more on Friday morning, and then I have some broth and some low sodium soaps for Friday and Saturday. I'm also going to make some soup with cabbage, green beans, carrots and zucchini for Sunday.
I also have a 3 month work out series called "Chaleane X-Treme" on tap to work into over the next week. I'll start by getting some more cardio and light weights from Monday through Friday, and by the following Monday I'll be starting the series.
I've decided to shop at Trader Joe's for lean meats and veggies whenever possible. Also Whole Foods is right up the street from there for whatever Trader Joe's doesn't have. It may cost a bit more, but I'm worth it!
