i hope this isn't considered too off-topic for the WF forum.
Since I am experimenting with the one meal a day way of living, i'm feeling quite a lot like I did on my water fast; that is, I have a HUGE interest in really good food, preferably raw. Not so much hungry as inclined toward the good.
Here is the most fantastic "ravioli" I've ever had, and it may be just the thing to inspire new water fasters to eat more raw food.

It's truly better than anything I've had cooked, and I'm a bit of a perfectionist, having worked as a chef. I've tried a few different versions, mainly using different nuts, etc. but *this one* is the one I'd recommend.
BTW--I used to think I didn't like sunflower seeds until I had them this way. The sprouting and the pine nuts are just an amazing flavour combo: sometimes I reverse the amounts.
(If you don't like tarragon, leave it out)
I don't have a mandolin right now, so when I've made this I've just used my big kitchen knife, and sort of pared down the slices until they are thin enough, eating the scraps as I go. (The marinating softens them and they becomes the perfect 'al dente' texture. It's not *fast food*, if you do it my way, lol. But it's a lot of joy. I don't know about you, but if you're anything like me, you might find when you
Water Fast you actually WANT to make some really good food, for the family or whomever. People just love this!
If you have more gadgets, it'll go much faster. Do try to get the lovely smallish turnips with the ruby blush.
(I was one of those people who thought I hated turnips, until I tried the middle eastern pickled kind, and these. This "rawvioli" is now one of my all-times favorite foods.(
best,
