There are several going around the one we ran into is Walking Pneumonia, aka Mycoplasma & Chlamydia Pneumonia.
Every time your chest is involved you want to add Strep Pneumonia as well and it is always a good idea to run Respiratory viruses and SARS 2003.
The other one we have seen is Respiratory syncytial virus which is what your symptoms could be:

DNA is better…in the case of Walking Pneumonia it took repeated cycles to clear the chest but breathing improved in just one hour. If the RSV is involved you may want to take anti-histamines for a short time to stop the wheezing.
NOTE: Rife isn’t the greatest tool for fast changing critters so you may want to add some anti-bacterial anti-viral stuff, my favorite combo is
Colloidal Silver and Citricidal.
