I get really bad acid reflux at nite. I've tried changing up my diet and eating less food late at nite. This all helps, but doesn't really take care of it. I used to take Nexium for it, but my health insurance no longer covers it. I then switched over to Prilosec, which I took for nearly 6months, but that didn't do much. It helped, but I still got it bad at night.
I was reading that apple cider vinegar could help me with this? Is this true? Does anybody have any experience with this?
I used to have really bad acid reflux. The kind that would wake me up at night. Along with a general healthier lifestyle I started taking Apple Cider Vinegar. I very rarely have any stomach acid problems anymore, and if I do, a little ACV and water does the trick. I use the instructions here ACV Stomach.
