As much as I regret after completing only 8 days I was forced to break my juice fast. I am developing severe constipation and with relief a great problem. I have taken detox teas, several, castor oil, apple juice and it is a continual problem.

A moderator told me I am toxic but just can't follow that as I am extremely healthy. Another one told me I did too many cleanses prior to fasting and it dropped an acid load in my intestines and that is possible. But the best scenario I obtained was from my good friend Jessemom1987 who told me, that I have been very healthy since she knew me and I was doing it with juicing of veggies and fruits and others and I should go back to my inner voice. So that is what I am going to do for now.

So if it is not broke why fix it?

I can't say I won't fast again but I will have to think about things better. I was having 3 bowel movements a day with my budwig plan and everything was wonderful. I guess my body just is not ready yet. So for my group, one by one we dropped out and there is always next year.
