Hello,
I've had recurring infections all my life. I really know about UTI's as in I went to the hospital instead of kindergarten, seriously. I dealt with
Antibiotics for years and they worked poorly then started not working. I found a cure and for a serious infection you will likely need to do the whole protocol. It takes an entire day:

After this infection is gone, you can keep future infections from coming at all by diet control, or if you feel one coming on you can stop it by use of some basic methods. For me it usually happens on vacation when I'm letting the diet go. When I feel one coming on, I start taking apple cider vinegar (which has antibacterial and alkalinizing properties) and at cranberry pills (not together - they counteract each other). The other biggie for me is Echenacea - in tea or pill form. I keep taking these regularly and the UTI goes away. Like I said, do the whole treatment for your severe infection but if you learn about your diet, make it alkaline and follow the guidelines, you may never need to experience a full out infection again.
This document saved me, for reals.
Take care.
