Hi,

I wear RGP hard lenses. I had conjuntivitis in both eyes and was treating with castor and coconut oils. It seems better except that I did something really stupid.

When I took my lenses out last night, the right one didn't fall out but got displaced into the outer corner of my eye and I did not know it. My eye hurt anyway from the conjunctivitis, so I did not feel it, and since it was displaced, I could not see well, so I thought it was out.
So the lens was in overnight and part of the morning before I noticied it.

Have I done damage? It hurts, but not extremely.
