Hello everyone, I just completed my second flush, it was a successful one. I flushed stones that were much larger than my first flush. One stone was the size of the tip of my index finger. I believe that my liver is stagnant and congested. Is there anything else that I can do to get things moving? Should I try an apple juice fast? I would like to cure my terrible allergies and digestive disorder ASAP. Thank you for all your help! Superman
