Yeah, don't sit on anything too cold, or too hot, (just to name two), and if you are willing you can apply, and hold, slight pressure to them as frequently as you can which will gradually allow the blood buildup to dissipate back throughout the body. This was the best 'product' or 'treatment' I found.
An old doctor, (long dead now), gave me several pointers 40 odd years ago and I have to say I've not been bothered with them ever since. Remember, once you've had them they are always ready to make a comeback if one is not prepared to act *very* quickly the instant one gets *that* feeling. I used to use all those 'so-called' remedies which were available, until I went to that old doc, since then, I've forgotten all about them. I'm still aware that they could return however, but I just ensure I don't put myself in any position or situation which may fire them up again. They are a distant memory now, and between you and me, I prefer it stayed that way.
