It took me several days of having a headache to finally figure out that it was from the ALA in one of the Liver detox supplements the ND had me using. Headaches stopped when I quit taking it. ALA stirs up mercury in the brain if it's not being used correctly with chelating mercury.

This is a reply to # 1,348,912I think I know what is going on, but it has become too complicated to communicate the entirety of the situation.
Best to lay off stuff that could cause your intestinal bacteria from being disrupted. Many of these protocols esp. antifungal stuff can do this. Grapefruit-Seed-Extract is a big one, so is oregano oil.
