MoreI tried to do my second flush last night. I did one 3 weeks ago and passed over 100 stones, but this one gave me nothing but clear diarhea. I followed the clarke formula, the only difference was I did everything 1 and half hours later ie 2pm = 3.30 pm etc. I did have a few pieces of beetroot around 8pm to keep the hunger pains at bay......but I did this before without a problem?
My G/bladder now has a dull ache......any ideas what prevented a good flush?- Re: What went wrong Tracey

MoreThis is a reply to # 134,875That's weird Spencer. You didn't feel nauseous from eating the beetroot? No stones at all?? Very odd, indeed. I have no idea what happened! Maybe you will get some out yet....the day is still young??

This is a reply to # 134,895Nope, no problems with the beetroot......same as before. Even felt the 'tingle' in my g/b last night when I lay still.
Its 11pm here and still nothing.
Will try again mid Feb as dont want to do another flush because of to much epson salts....

what prevented a good flush? Could be 100 different reasons ... and it is not very important ... every flush is different .... sometimes stones are so much in love with us, and don't want to leave our liver ...
Do another flush immediately, to clear that dull ache ... because dull ache usually means that some stone is at the wrong place ...

Wormwood, Clove, Clarkia, Turmeric, Epsom Salt, Uva Ursi, Goldenrod
Like Spirit said, do another cleanse immediately. Sometimes stones might get dislodged and not come out. So another cleanse immediately will help get them out. You might also wait for a day to see if anything comes out. Also observe the color of stool after BM. If it's light in color (anything other than dark brown), there might be some obstruction to the flow of bile.
