It's true that if you have gallstones, you should definitely periodically (at least once a day, if possible) eat food that will trigger your gallbladder to contract and hopefully empty itself to prevent the formation of large stones from smaller stones that either travel into your GB from your liver or are formed within the GB.
I've also read that
Gallstones sufferers should not fast or lose weight rapidly. However, with the
Liver Flush technique at my disposal, I do not have any qualms whatsoever about fasting for as long as I like, because even if
Gallstones do form, I have a way to quickly and easily dispose of them overnight!!!
