Hi folks,
I know this is an
Iodine forum but most curezone 'IP6' searches bring me to this forum. Please let me know if I need to post this elsewhere.
First, let me say that I believe IP6 works, very well.
I just started IP6 last weekend - Jarrow 500mg - once a day. Once in a while you come across a supplement that reveals just how toxic you are and IP6 is one of them. Two days into the IP6 arrives my menstrual cycle, which yields rust-colored blood - interesting. I endure 6 days on just 500mg/day before I throw in the towel. The 24 hours/day metal taste and muscle twitches are tolerable but the vertigo, faint heartbeat and psychiatric stuff is not (metal detox?). Reminded me of the time I had my first and last IV EDTA treatment. I believe this stuff really works -perhaps too well at even a low dose - so I'm eager to resume taking it but I'll have to curtail my dosing, perhaps to once every other day or every 2 days and see how I do. In the meantime, my freezer is stocked with a week's worth of red meat.
My iron levels are low, probably from Babesia. I'm trying to undersand all of this... when I've in the past supplemented with iron I get extremey fatigued. I take IP6, a supplement that chelates out rusty iron and I don't get fatigued but I go through detox.
Those 6 days of IP6 did quite a bit of good; just a matter of dealing with the storm before the calm.
Anyone relate?
