Am I allowed to drink water in the morning? I'm doing Hulda Clark 's flush and the instructions do not mention water in the morning. She just says that you can drink juice 2 hours after the last dose of Epsom Salts .
Can I begin drinking water before, between, and/or after the two morning doses of Epsom Salts ?

MoreThis is a reply to # 134,758I think water will be just fine on the day after. Infact you must drink as much as you feel like, otherwise the Epsom Salts may dehydrate you. Epsom Salts , attract water to the Colon, which is why it causes diarrhoea in many people.
The only suggestion about water is, don't drink much water just before you start drinking the olive oil, on the day of the flush. Otherwise u might feel quite queasy in the stomach, as soon as the oil goes in !

You guys are all cheaters. I interpreted that you were not suppose to drink anything the next morning until two hours after the last epsom salt.
I definitly get dehydrated and miserable. If everyone has great luck by drinking water in addition to the Epsom Salt mixture the next morning, let me know. that would make this a lot more pleasant and re-coup faster. I would just hate to go through all the effort and ruin it at the end

What Dr. Clark says is NOT to eat or drink anything the afternoon before you begin your flush.
But, after you take that last Epsom Salt the next morning, you eat and drink as you feel like it.
I will be waiting to hear your results tomorrow!

MoreThis is a reply to # 134,780I chase the glass of epson salt solution with a full glass (and sometimes 1 1/2 glasses) of distilled water. It gets the nasty taste of out my mouth and seems to dilute the epson salt in my stomach so it doesn't hit it like a lead ball. I also drink water between the doses of epson salts with no problems. The goal is to have lots of water available for flushing the system. By drinking water chasers I found that I don't need to drink the second morning dose of epson salts and I still run to the bathroom regularly till 3 pm (otherwise following Hulda Clark e's regime to the letter).

This is a reply to # 134,770And just one more thing for you cheaters, someone mentioned messaging the liver after taking the olive oil mixture. Dr. clark says to remain still for at least 20 minutes. Have you guys been breaking her rules and messaging the liver right away (right to left) and did you have great success doing that?
I went to the store during lunch and they had the extra virgin olive oil first pass on sale for 6.00 for 32 ounces. I considered that a sign to to a Liver Flush tonight. good thing I did not eat anything high in fat today.- I'm a cheater Tracey

So Netav you're doing one tonight? I'm on for tomorrow! I must admit I have cheated a bit here and there too! I drink water (or mc lemonade) up until about 2 or 3 hours before the first epsom drink. (oh my) Then, in the morning, if I take the 2nd Epsom Salt drink I drink water right after it (well, maybe wait 15 minutes...) Then start right in to eating, if I feel hungry. (gasp) It seems to work fine for me!
