Can anyone give me any ideas as to what I can do/take to control my PMS emotions?
I turn into a different person. I get so irritable, irrational, and emotional. I jokingly say that I turn into the devil. It's so bad!
I don't get cramps or breakouts. The only physical symptoms I get is tender breasts, and maybe some back pain.
I almost forgot, I get extremely lethargic too. That week I can't seem to get enough sleep. So, I'm more like a zombie whose head spins.
I've learned to recognize that it is me and not everyone else, and to bite my tongue when I'm about to chew someone's head off. I want to do more than bite my tongue though, I want to feel like me.. kind happy and patient.
No wonder I'm single! ha ha ha
If any of you have found something that has helped you in this regard please offer your suggestions. I'm ready for a boyfriend. ;)
