Welcome to my new forum. I felt so passionately about this forum that I decided to open this. The black seed is one of the herbs so misunderstood and most have little knowledge about. It is called the "Blessed seed". There are many names for the Black Seed, to include, Nigella Sativa, haba baraka and black cumin. There are many qualities of seeds also. I have purchased many that are not fit for human consumption. So be aware of what you are purchasing.

There are thousands of sites offering seeds and oils for sale and many contradictory statements involved. I hope to straighten most of those statements out and to provide good quality information to all concerned. We will also be discussing many other herbs that can not only benefit your health but save you life.

Black seed is notorious for saving people from Pancreatic Cancers but what is not being stated is the amount of black seed necessary to accomplish this task. It takes a great deal of seeds and this can only be accomplished by using vegetarian capsules. You are totally defeating your purpose by using capsules made from pigs. Black seeds can be toxic so it is unwise to try to treat yourself without proper knowledge. You should be careful about taking blackseeds when you have water problems as it will cause you to hold water. So if you want to loose weight don't take black seed.
