Put your mind at rest: the rash may last a few days or up to a week but is only evidence of impurities being expelled by the skin..........alongside other functions, the skin is also an organ of elimination too.

It could be shingles. I've had shingles in the past, and mine broke out about the same time during my fast. Shingles is just the reemergence of the chicken pox virus. I'm hoping that my fast destroys this "incurable" disease.
