Yes, there are others who have seen their tumors disappear quickly or had their pain go away. For instance, there is a woman whose "stabbing, knife piercing pain" from breast cancer cleared up within two weeks as did her tumor.
Yes, you substituted labane (drained yogurt) in place of the butter. The main purpose of the butter is to make the hot sandwich palatable. So if someone wishes to use labane, that's great.
I don't want anyone to be confused about the ginger. It's not usually a part of the recipe. One does not need to use ginger in my recipe unless they are substituting it for the pepper. In some cases, if the person doesn't have access to habaneros but has another type of pepper, ginger can be added to the pepper/garlic recipe to help make the recipe stronger.
Leaving the proper oil out doesn't improve the recipe. Although your friend's husband got cured in a week without it, the oil helps to make sure the cancer doesn't come back, in addition to having a positive effect on the cancer itself.
Leaving out the oil runs the risk of return as it did in my own case.
