Thanks Disturbance.. I usually take it when I feel tired, but definitely at least a couple of tablespoons a day. I believe that the nutritional properties of raw, unstrained honey can only aid in healing and re-building (together with some of the other supplements I take) in spite of the high amount of natural sugars present in it. If honey is only slowing down the detox and making it more comfortable, then I would cut down on it.
Any advice from more experienced fasters? Thanks!
