Which Guru says this? Psyllium is used in many products and unless you abuse it, taking it in reasonable quantities should not cause any problems. It is the main ingredient in Metamucil and other colon cleanse products.

IM A GURU also and have my subgirl started on metramucil now and she has no complaints whatsoever. in fact she has commented on how easily she goes from usinng it and how large and she said to me it just slipped out of me.
She will keep on using it!
