Growing Gratitude
I checked out the Promo Life link as they were the ony one to mention Vit D from their lamps however these lamps are mercury vapor lamps meaning you are going to be exposed to these fumes:
A direct quote from their site:
"True spectrum Sunlamps use mercury vapor lamps that emit the 99.99% exact radiation of wavelengths present in sunlight, including UVA and UVB. Sunlamps are also used very effectively to help people tan, and are used in various tanning beds.
While all of these sunlamps are very beneficial and can help with skin conditions, emotional and mental disorders and bump up your Vitamin D production, there can always be too much of a good thing. You should always use these lamps only for the recommended treatment times. It is better to slowly tan over a couple of weeks than to get there in one day and potentially harm yourself. It is always recommended to speak to a doctor before starting any health regimen."
Looking at other full spectrum lamps they are flourescent which are still unhealthy.
What I wonder is if there is a full spectrum incandescent lamp that produces vit D for daily use?
