HI,
Im new o this forum and have a question to anyone who can give a good answer...
Juicing vs. taking superfoods or powders containing fruits and veg.and algeas,grasses.
Having looked at both sides Ive come to the conclusion that taking the powders are much less expensive (as far as money,time and efforts are concerned)PROVIDING that the powders are just as good QUALITY wise(vitamins,minerals,enzymes,phytochemicals ,cofactors,amino acids)as the juicing.Or are the powders even just as good?
Would anyone care to comment?
