Hi everyone,
Last night before dinner I drank a little less than 1/4c of olive/flax/pumpkin oil. The oil tastes so good sometimes I drink it straight! However, this is the second time that the next day I wake up having difficulty going to the washroom (I always do - I have many enbvironmentally caused health issues), but I also had lots of little green pellets in my stool. They are soft and bright green. I did not eat many green vegetables last night. I do take 2 drops of chlorophyll in water before bed about 5 hours later. I am very bloated today. My question is, is this a result of a) poorly digested fat mixing with chlorophyll, or b) am I passing gall stones? Any help is appreciated! Thanks!
