This is a reply to # 1,329,980Try squeezing a lemon slice or two for several days and see if it has the same effect. If it does have the same effect then your gut may be too alkaline causing the rest of your body to be very acidic. If the squeezed lemon water does have the same effect then I would suggest drinking several glasses of water with a tiny pinch of Sea Salt for several days and then try acv again.

This is a reply to # 1,330,010Thank you for your reply. I have been drinking freshly squeezed lemon water every day for months with no problems. So, you are saying my gut is too acidic?? Should I stop the acv or just try to neutralize my gut? I check my pH twice a day and I cannot seem to get it above a 6.2/6.4 although my diet is strictly fresh veggies with one meat or fish and one fresh fruit a day...some almonds for snacking too. I only drink water and Nettle tea. And I season everything with Sea Salt so I am already having that in my diet. Any help would be appreciated:)

Also, do some research there regarding food quality, high brix foods, pH and ask for some help there.
More success stories there than anywhere in CZ, as far as I can tell!
BTW, not all ACV is equal. Poor quality will do bad stuff to anyone who lacks enough of the full buffet of alkaline minerals in their system to react against it. Dilution does not improve the quality, just reduces the harm being done. - Re: Sores on the tongue after ACV Georgio

This is a reply to # 1,329,935Hi, It has nothing to do with your bowels being acidic; It is very simple ACV is a powerfull poison for candidas? Don't forget candidas have some kind of roots after they have muted from yeast to fungus, when ACV kill them, they are "uprooted" and leave tinny scars in the tongue the same in the intestine, should you try with hydrogene peroxide it would be exactly the same. This is a reply to # 1,332,857To give some highlights, i had like a filament inside my cheeck. After taking ANY antifungals i had the same effect: Tongue get sore. One day a small piece of my cheeck went away !!! I didn't feel anything.
Also my tongue and my gingivas became very very sore. It was with 3 cloves of Garlic.
After that i switched to H202. Same thing. On very local places in the gingivas it got sore.
