Hi all.
I am on day 14 of my
Water Fast and have lost a huge 22 pounds.
When i compare my before and after photos, i look a bit smaller but all the fat is still there. YOu can see them here:

My measurements around my waist, hips and chest have barely changed and that is where most of the fat is.
It makes me wonder where the weight i have lost has come off.
Do people notice genuine fat loss after a long fast?
Or is it mostly water, organ shrinkage and muscle?
I know i have asked before but i just dont seem to be losing fat at all.
I will perserver till day 40 but i would hate to think when i get there i still have the same body fat percentage and have lost a ton of muscle.
Out of my 22
pounds of weight loss, is there any way to know how much of that was fat?
