Your question: I used to use alot of flaxseed oil but I found that it felt as if it just sat in my stomach for hours so now I use it very sparingly, and very seldom. what are your thoughts on fruit smoothies with some freshly ground flax seeds and some sort of greens? I love pear and spinach combo. Is this a wrong combination?
Answer: As usual many folks think if a little is Good then More must be Better?
The problem is that Matter(Our Flesh, Blood and Bones) cannot be rebuilt with Matter(Food, Oils etc), but from the Energy Released from the Foods we eat !
When we eat too much Oils and do not have proper Digestion and are lacking the needed Alkaline Minerals our Digestive system cannot Cause the needed Release of Electro-magnetic Energy from the Oils we eat, thus More is Worse than Less ! For eating Less our body may be able to Digest and not become Overloaded in the process? As Oils require More Alkaline Minerals for our body to be able to properly Digest and Cause the needed Release of Electro-magnetic Energy to Power our body into Healing than like say Fruits and Vegetables that are of Top Quality?
One maybe should not take more than 1 teaspoonfull of Flaxseed oil at a time and it may be taken with other foods and it may be that if we took it with Kelp that we may see Better Benefits? For the kelp may provide More of the needed Alkaline Minerals to Better Digest the Oils?
If your combo raises your pH then it should be ok, just test your pH before and after to learn what it is doing !
As usual not everything may be as it may 1st seem to be !
