Dr Christopher used to recommend using a slant board for uterine prolapse. It is also useful with a fallen bladder and inconstinance. A slant board helps to put gravity back in your favor. You can buy commercial slant boards or use anything sturdy enough to hold your weight where you can put one end at least 18 inches off of the ground. Personally, I like to stack 4 or 5 folded bath towels in the bathtub. I lay in the tub with my hips on the stack of folded towels - that way when I'm finished, I can throw the towels in the wash and rinse out the tub.
When you are in the slant board position, Dr Christopher recommended douching with a Yellow Dock tea to strengthen the uterus - when I was bleeding to death with uterine fibroids - I douched with straight wheat grass juice. After douching, while still in the head-down position, I put castor oil on the abodomen and massage - going from the pubic bone, up the middle of the abdomen to the naval, and around the outside of the abdomen back to the pubic bone, using both hands. This does several things - the castor oil helps to break up any adhesions/scar tissue, the massage helps to move the fluid you douched with up to the uterus, it strengthens the muscles, brings circulation to the area, and reminds the organs where they are supposed to be. Being in a head-down position helps tip everything back up where it belongs.
The hormonal formula you referred to works best when taken in conjunction with wheat germ oil - sounds like you're having some good results. There is another formula, by the same company, called NuFem which Dr Christopher put together to help strengthen and rebuild the female organs.
There are far too many historectomies being performed - with a little bit of education and enough dedication to follow through with a program - alot of these could be prevented, Dr Mom
