I searched for some good foods for liver and came up with these ones:
Especially broccoli, Brussels sprouts, cabbage, winter squash and leafy greens like kale, collards, beet greens and salad greens. Dandelion greens, mustard greens, apples, saffron, watercress, beets, parsley, artichokes, cherries, grapefruit, parsnips, endive, garlic, onion, chicory, horseradish, kumquats, limes, quinces, grapes, carrots and artichokes.
Lemon juice mixed with water, upon rising in the morning 30 minutes before eating and a teaspoon of olive oil (virgin cold pressed) has been shown to stimulate the production of bile.
Down below I have an 'R' post with some recipes...in particular there is a good one for the liver titled 'Liver Quiver'! It is verrrry like the flush we all do....so if you've done the flush then you might want to try other juices!
