Ususally, its not from within their own family, becuase most people are ignorant, focused on surviving, grasping for fiat currency, stuffing an orifice , getting drunk, etc. Their only counsel is the medico farts, who themselves suffer the same problems as do their patients, neither understanding this world, as does the V and a few select others.

Same with monetary systems, etc.
