I read about the virgin coconut oil cleanse last night, and how eating nothing but coconut oil for 3 days should wipe out candida. Well, if candida really hates the oil, shouldn't applying it to my eczema wipe it out too? Or does the oil need to be ingested to really kill off this fungus?
coconut oil is good for you not only because it kills candida.
There are many, many benefits, it's the healthiest oil on earth so eat it and don't worry.
Coconut oil is a natural antifungal. Do apply it on your excema. If it turns very itchy then use a topical cream with zinc. I find that Iodine also work very well.
You can also swallow the oil for an oral treatment. it is actually delicious on the buckwheat pancakes://www.curezone.org/blogs/fm.asp?i=976133
