Just a hint - don't try to fast for 30 days on your first time!!!
I hoped to do it, too, but not only is it just too ambitious for someone who's not experienced, it can turn out to be dangerous!
So, have a 7-day fast first, reflect upon how you think you managed, and then lengthen the duration if still keen.
Here's my experiences on my very first juice fast, on which I was also disappointed but somewhat relieved to give up the idea of fasting for 30 days:
