Tonight along with a cup of smooth move tea, and a glass of Epsom Salt and water, I will try some Epsom Salts in my colonic...and then when a migraine arises I'll throw in a coffee enama. I want to get clean. Thanks for helping, as I make my way on this journey. I'll meet you in the "meadow."
