OK, broken boilers are not the only problem, my car broke down around a week ago and when my fridge was empty I ordered a few take away pizzas with chicken wings and garlic bread, plus a can of coke.
I also ordered groceries to be delivered, and to make up the order to the free delivery level I added some wine.
So over the course of a few days I added coca cola, pizza fried chicken, bread, and wine. In fact the wine was partly responsible for Mr Columbo's questions *blush*. Oh well, at least some people thought it was funny
Anyway, this is what happened to my weight...
Normally this graph would be slowly going down now, instead it shoots up. I gained nearly 5 pounds in a week. I can imagine how futile fasting must be to someone that does not do anything to resolve the long term issues. Then I am sure there will be will fast > binge > sense of failure > fast > binge and so on. And the worst part? No healthy food to stock the body up for the next fast. Not good at all...
I am not particularly worried about this increase as I can lose it again, but it does go to show I need to keep careful check of myself. So I am going to get some healthy eating in now, and then either fast in the new year of lose some by fitness training. No more pizzas, or at least not 3 in a week for sure!
