I got my grape seeds today and was wondering how you gring them. Do you think grinding them in a coffee grinder would destroy the nutrient value?

MoreThis is a reply to # 1,311,870I grind mine in a coffee grinder, but not more than one hundred caps at a time and store the rest. Many make mistakes and grind the whole lot and then they are not fresh. so each cap holds a 1/4 t of ground seeds. So approximate the amount.
I am so happy you got your seeds and now you and your mom will be in great shape.
