Measurement Clarification PTree?

Okay, I've read about three different descriptions about how to measure this stuff and in what ratio. So I wonder if PTree or someone could tell me what the measurements are for a dosage for each combo below.
1. If I have pre-hydrated Bentonite and whole husk psyllium.
2. If I have powder Bentonite and whole husk psyllium.
3. If I have pre-hydrated Bentonite and powdered psyllium.
4. If I have powder bentonite and powdered psyllium.
Did I get these options right? I don't know what I'm going to find when I finally get to the store and I need to have all my ducks in a row, ya know? Also, if it's easy for someone, I'd like to know for each option how much I should buy for a month?????

This is a reply to # 130,997Hi NewLeaf! No matter what combination you make it is always:
1 tsp if you have powdered psyllium
1 tbsp if you have whole husk psyllium
1 tbsp of Hydrated Bentonite (liquid)
If you have the powdered Bentonite clay then you must hydrate it first, before measuring it out. Make a paste with water, then add more water (its WAY easier to buy the hydrated bentonite!)...etc until it is a liquidy yogurt consistency. Then use 1 tbsp of Bentonite clay.
That's it!
And I'll just tell you that I used 1/2 a litre of the Bentonite Clay and half a 150 g jar of whole husk psyllium in 9 days. I took the B&P drinks 4 times a day.

This is a reply to # 130,998Helps a lot! I think I'll start with twice a day to first see how my body reacts. So that means I could take you 9 day quanities for 18 days.

If you're like most Americans...myself included...who can't figure out metric conversion for the life of them LOL!...one quart of liquid Bentonite will give you 64 doses. Sonne's #7 and Yerba Prima Great Plaines Detox are the liquid Bentonite usually available at health food stores...and they both make psyllium, too.- Re: Measurement Clarification PTree? NewLeaf
