Everybody responds differently....some faster or more dramatically than others. You said you used one-half Tablespoon...was that the amount of liquid
Bentonite or psyllium or both? Is your psylllium whole husk or powdered...there both a powder, but the powdered is much finer? If you are using powdered psyllium, don't use more than a teaspoon per shake...it's too much fiber if you do. And definitely don't use that much
Bentonite if you are using the powdered form...the 1 Tablespoon dose is LIQUID benonite...the powder needs to be hydrated before you use it!
Even at the right dosage of everything, the shakes can be quite fillling and cause the abdomen to swell in the early phase of the cleanse. The added fiber can also produce some gas until the digestive system has become accustomed to the increase in fiber. I would also suggest that you use enemas or
colonics to avoid constipation while on the cleanse...you want to keep that yuck flowing out of you or you will likely feel pretty bad during the cleanse...especially with candida, die-off, etc.
