Update: White tongue is much better and horrible taste in my mouth has gone. I no longer have the "sensation of a white tongue" if you know what I mean. My mood is much better than usual for this time of year. Depression has gone. I'm much calmer, more considered. Urine enemas are great. There is definitely something very powerfully beneficial about urine.
I still have my ongoing constipation issue. I just tried stopping enemas for a week and took a strong herbal laxative with little success. I am doing a castor oil flush today

how often do you do the enema, once a day?
i did it 2 times a week for 2 weeks, still waiting for some results, my tongue is quite white also so i hope it will help- Re: Urine Enemas for 2 months now NewUK

MoreThis is a reply to # 1,310,653I'm doing urine enemas once a day mostly. Sometimes every other day. Without them I feel very bad. It's a simple as that - desperate measures! I don't really know how it works or what it is doing. I would like to be cured of constipation.
How much urine do you put in the enema?

This is a reply to # 1,308,471As you lay on your side during enemas, use a stethoscope to hear cleansing action in your abdomen, especially the liver/gallbladder. I always enjoy listening them.
Any stethoscope will do, even the cheaper ones, just make sure it is long enough to reach the abdomen.
Stethoscope also make a good gift for couples, if the wife is expecting a child.

the idea of putting coffee in my gut isn't very appealing to me, i can't tolerate caffeine so i'm affraid of using it- I believe it does kocc6ny2

"I have been doing fresh urine enemas, once every few days, for the past 3 weeks and did notice some small, floating round pieces. But I didn't scoop them up and checked anything.
Just want to enquire if anyone have similar results (getting stones) from urine/coffee enemas?
BTW, I have used a stethoscope to listen to the liver/gb area during urine and coffee enemas and sure enough, they register gurgling sounds and activity, similar to after a meal and an easy-liver-flush. Strange thing is, the urine enema produces LOUDER sounds from both liver and the stomach area.
We might discover something new if we probe further!"

I've done enemas of different types :
salt-water, Lugol's iodine, SA Wilsons coffee and my own fresh urine
Observing these enemas using a stethoscope is interesting. The loudest sensations always came from fresh urine enemas, even after you have emptied your bowels. The gurgling continues for another 30 mins at least, not only from the liver/gb area, but also from the upper parts of the stomach.
You don't have to believe any of this, but do get an inexpensive stethoscope and verify it yourself.
Same thing goes for sinus irrigation (jala neti), using fresh urine. I never thought my nose could produce so much mucus :D
It's important to understand : If you are NOT getting results from Urine Therapy, urine enemas could be the *turning point*. (see link below)
