I would like to know as well - my husband snores so loud I am having sleepless nights. We don't have an extra bedroom for him to sleep in and he can't sleep on the couch forever...I'm at my wits end...(yes he does have some allergies and the pillows we sleep on are those "allergy reducing kind" but they are not that puffy - I read somewhere that he needs a proper pillow like obus forme..)Any herbal remedies he can breath in at night that could open up his air waves?
