I have been on it and between it and the Miracle-Mineral-Supplement , all my prostate symptoms are totally gone. I do strong recommend you use one of the "stick blenders" which will make the oil much more easy for your body to absorb. Also, instead of cottage cheese, I use a liquid yogurt and grind up a calcium citrate pill..also I add a banana to the mix.. That becomes my breakfast each morning. Hope this helps.
